You'll be a troubleshooter extraordinaire, diagnosing and repairing complex equipment, software, and systems with ease. Nothing will be too challenging for you to solve as you respond to escalated issues, report critical design flaws, reliability and maintenance problems, and bugs.

You'll be the go-to person for our customers who require assistance with highly technical or sophisticated products, as well as for customer installations and training. With your passion for technology, you'll provide world-class support that exceeds customer expectations.
As Technical Support, you'll perform varying degrees of problem determination and resolution of desktop hardware and software issues using your technical expertise and available resources to ensure that our customers' issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. You'll also have the opportunity to perform installs, moves, adds, and changes (IMAC) activities, as well as data backup and restore on certain accounts for clients, ensuring that all related administrative duties are completed within Service Level Agreement objectives.
You will develop a deep understanding of the local and regional infrastructure, as well as key contacts in other competencies, which will enable you to ensure that the proper team is aware of - and taking action on the problem.

Who You Are
Network Azure Engineer
We are seeking an experienced Network Azure Engineer to design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performing network solutions in Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have a strong networking background combined with hands-on Azure cloud expertise to support hybrid and cloud-native environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deploy virtual network infrastructure in Microsoft Azure, including VNet peering, VPN gateways, ExpressRoute, and Azure Firewall.
- Manage hybrid network connectivity between on-premises environments and Azure.
- Implement and manage network security groups (NSGs), route tables, load balancers, and application gateways.
- Ensure high availability and performance of Azure network resources using monitoring and diagnostics tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, Network Watcher).
- Collaborate with cloud architects, security teams, and application owners to support business objectives and design secure, compliant solutions.
- Automate network deployments and configurations using Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates, Bicep, or Terraform(preferred).
- Assist in incident resolution, root cause analysis, and performance tuning of Azure-based network services.
- Stay up to date with Azure networking features, best practices, and changes in Microsoft's cloud ecosystem.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering and at least 2 years in Microsoft Azure networking.
- In-depth understanding of IP networking, DNS, routing, firewalls, and load balancing in cloud and hybrid environments.
- Proficient with Azure networking components: VNets, VPN, ExpressRoute, Load Balancers, Application Gateways, Routing Intent, vWAN.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform.
- Familiar with network security principles and Azure security best practices.
- Experience with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Network Watcher for diagnostics and performance analysis.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., AZ-700: Designing and Implementing Microsoft Azure Networking Solutions, AZ-104, or AZ-305).
- Experience integrating Azure networking with on-premise environments (hybrid networks).
- Knowledge of Azure governance, policies, and cost management tools.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation using PowerShell or Azure CLI.
- Exposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines in cloud deployments.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Comfortable working in agile, fast-paced environments.
- Capable of performing under pressure.
