The Role

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and enhance high-quality PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use (sales, marketing, training, project proposals).
• Translate complex technical/IT concepts into clear, visually engaging slides and graphics.
• Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all presentation materials.
• Support executives with high-stakes presentations (client pitches, conferences, board meetings).
• Create infographics, charts, and diagrams to visualize data and processes.
• Stay updated on design trends, storytelling techniques, and IT industry communication standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 3-5+ years of professional design experience, ideally within an IT or consulting.
• Proven expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint (advanced features: custom animations, master slides, interactive elements, charts, SmartArt customization).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or Figma is a plus.
• Strong sense of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience designing for business/technology audiences
• Strong communication skills to understand requirements and present design concepts effectively.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering polished, professional output.
