The Role
Kyndryl is seeking a visionary and dynamic Associate Director of Total Rewards Delivery to join our HR Services team. This pivotal leadership role involves spearheading and managing comprehensive compensation and benefits programs across a designated region. The Associate Director will be instrumental in strategically transforming our total rewards initiatives to attract, retain, and inspire top talent in the fast-evolving technology sector.
Essential Skills, Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and Inspire a Team: Engage and lead a team of Compensation and Benefits specialists, ensuring the seamless execution of global and in-country Compensation, Benefits, and Retirement programs across the region.
- Develop Best-in-Class Processes: Build and maintain standardized processes, creating comprehensive process documents, maps, and standard operating procedures to ensure efficiency and consistency.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify trends in escalations, measure SLAs and KPIs using data and analytics, and recommend process improvements or policy adjustments to enhance service delivery.
- Resolve High-Impact Inquiries: Serve as the final escalation point for high-impact or sensitive employee benefits inquiries, acting as a liaison between team members, vendors, HR teams, and leadership to ensure concerns are addressed with efficiency, accuracy, and empathy.
- Collaborate with HR Leaders: Partner with HR leaders through regular interlocks to track progress and performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide data-driven insights on compensation and benefits costs, compliance considerations, and evolving employee expectations.
- Align with Total Rewards COE: Ensure alignment with the broader Total Rewards Center of Excellence, identifying ways to enhance the employee value proposition.
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain compliance with local laws and policies, adhering to data protection and privacy laws.
- Enhance HR Knowledge: Partner with the Knowledge team to develop and maintain HR knowledge articles, communicating process changes and strengthening process knowledge for the HR community, managers, and employees related to Total Rewards.
- Champion Employee Interests: Balance the needs of both Kyndryl and the organization, delivering top-tier service experience that champions the interests of all stakeholders.

Required Skills, Experience and Circumstances
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in global Total Rewards management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience managing vendors and vendor relationships.
- Strong understanding of Global Total Rewards principles, practices, and trends, along with a deep knowledge of multi-country tax, compensation, and regulatory environments.
- Proven track record in executing global Total Rewards programs, including pay and performance cycles, benefits and retirement program administration, reporting, and compliance.
- In-depth understanding of local, state, and federal regulations related to compensation and benefits.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional, geographically dispersed virtual teams.
- Expertise in managing and leading changes within an organization, including the ability to communicate effectively and gain buy-in from stakeholders.
- Proven ability to mentor, coach, and build high-performance teams.
- Ability to work with all levels of partners, adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs, and influence to build consensus.
- Proven ability to learn and grasp concepts quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, compensation software, and other relevant technology tools.
- Strong communicator with problem-solving abilities and a history of leading teams through change and growth.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Exposure to Latin America programs.
- Experience in organizational design is preferred.
- Strong project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives and ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
- Ambitious, pragmatic, high-energy, and collaborative.
- Bold with good judgment, comfortable with risk-taking, and adaptable.
- Ability to challenge, listen to others, and embrace feedback.

Compensation
The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $150,720 to $286,200 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part-time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.
There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:
California: $165,720 to $343,560
Colorado: $150,720 to $286,200
New York City: $180,720 to $343,560
Washington: $165,720 to $314,880
Washington DC: $165,720 to $314,880
This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
