The Role
Kyndryl is seeking a driven, customer-obsessed senior leader to manage enablement and demand generation for Skytap, a Kyndryl company. This role requires a rare blend of strategic leadership and tactical execution. You will own the vision, lead the team, and set the strategy-while also rolling up your sleeves to build content, execute campaigns, and work directly with the field. You'll be responsible for driving performance across internal Kyndryl sellers and Microsoft Azure field teams, ensuring both are equipped to position, sell, and scale Skytap offerings effectively.

Your Responsibilities:
- Lead the Team & Set the Strategy: Define the overall strategy for Skytap's enablement and demand generation. Manage and mentor a high-performing team while ensuring strong alignment with sales, marketing, and partner leadership. Set clear priorities and lead by example with a "no task too small" mindset.
- Field Readiness & Enablement: Personally lead the development and refinement of field tools-playbooks, training modules, battle cards, pitch decks, and competitive guides. Coach your team while also building and delivering materials yourself. Enable both Kyndryl and Microsoft Azure field organizations with content tailored to real-world sales scenarios.
- Demand Generation Ownership: Drive demand generation efforts by owning Skytap-specific campaigns and partnering with Kyndryl's corporate marketing and digital teams. Lead campaign strategy while also creating and editing messaging, landing pages, emails, and other assets that directly drive pipeline.
- Partner & Field Collaboration: Work closely with internal sales, partner, and customer success teams-and directly with Microsoft Azure field sellers-to ensure alignment on priorities and co-sell motions. Build trusted relationships, deliver value to the field, and represent their voice across Skytap's GTM operations.
- Training & Onboarding: Architect and deliver onboarding and development programs that accelerate field effectiveness. Lead live sessions and continuously refine curriculum based on feedback and field performance.
- Real-Time Feedback Loop: Maintain close ties with the field to validate enablement tools and campaign relevance. Use their feedback to iterate quickly, optimizing resources for maximum impact.
- Content & Asset Management: Own the enablement and campaign content ecosystem-ensuring materials are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to all stakeholders.
- Customer & Market Intelligence: Actively gather insights from the field, campaign performance, and customer interactions. Translate these insights into improved content, messaging, and strategic decisions.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the connective tissue across Skytap, Kyndryl, and Microsoft-ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on strategy, messaging, and execution.

Who You Are
Your Skill Set:
- A proven builder and leader-comfortable defining strategy, managing teams, and doing the work yourself.
- Experience leading high-performing enablement or demand generation functions in enterprise B2B or SaaS environments.
- Direct experience supporting or enabling Microsoft Azure field teams is a strong plus.
- Strong written and verbal communicator who can move easily between executive discussions and frontline execution.
- Highly collaborative and cross-functional-able to influence and align stakeholders across product, marketing, sales, and partners.
- Data-oriented, outcomes-driven, and relentless in pursuit of improving seller effectiveness and pipeline performance.
- Experienced with GTM platforms such as Salesforce, Highspot, Seismic, Marketo, or similar.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; enablement, demand generating, or sales training certifications a plus.
The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $120,360 to $200,000 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement. There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:
Washington: $132,480 to $200,000
This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
