The Role

We are looking for candidates from all across the US or Canada, preferably in the East Coast time zone, as this role is fully remote.

We're looking for a forward-thinking Associate Director of Organizational Effectiveness to drive talent management strategies that fuel growth, performance, and engagement. In this role, you'll lead and collaborate on high-impact initiatives across career pathing, job architecture, onboarding, and talent management frameworks-ensuring our people practices are built for scale and aligned to business priorities.

You'll be a key architect of how we develop, retain, and mobilize talent, creating systems that allow our people to grow with purpose and clarity throughout their journey with us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Management Strategy & Frameworks
    • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to define and evolve talent management strategies that promote internal mobility, skills development, and career progression.
    • Lead efforts to embed career growth frameworks across functions, ensuring employees and leaders have clear visibility into opportunities and expectations.
    • Partner with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development to create an integrated talent lifecycle experience.
  • Career Pathing & Talent Development Models
    • Design functional and enterprise-wide career pathing frameworks that support role clarity and upward mobility.
    • Create tools and resources for employees and managers to navigate development pathways aligned with business needs and workforce planning.
  • Skills and Career Frameworks
    • Manage projects supporting the evolution of the enterprise skills and career architecture, consulting on utilization of job families, leveling, and capability definitions.
    • Ensure alignment between job structure, career frameworks, performance management, and talent planning as they relate to new enterprise Talent programs and initiatives.
  • Onboarding & Talent Integration
    • Partner with HR CoE leaders working to develop differentiated onboarding experiences for Kyndryls globally.
    • Endure systems and processes are aligned to accelerate time-to-productivity and deepen early engagement.
    • Establish onboarding KPIs and continuously evolve programs based on feedback and business outcomes.
  • Change Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and HRBPs on OD and talent strategy.
    • Use change management best practices to drive adoption and alignment of new talent programs and organizational models.
  • Talent Analytics & Insights
    • Leverage data and trends to inform program design and measure the impact of career development and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
    • Translate complex findings into actionable insights for leaders and teams.

Required skills, Experience and Circumstances:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field preferred
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, or related HR disciplines
  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing job architectures, career frameworks, talent programs and/or onboarding programs
  • Proven success in leading talent strategy projects in large or complex organizations
  • Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders with credibility
  • Familiarity with talent systems (Workday preferred), and data-driven program management

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $120,360 to $228,840based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills, and experience. For part-time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city, or local minimum wage requirement.

Colorado: $120,360 to $228,840

New York City: $144,480 to $274,560

Washington: $132,480 to $251,640

Washington DC:$132,480 to $251,640

This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
