As an Enterprise Architect with us, you will have the chance to work with some of the world's most innovative and dynamic companies, helping them to achieve their business goals through the strategic implementation of technology. You will be responsible for connecting our customers' business needs with their IT strategy, using a range of architectural models and views to create a clear picture of how their requirements can be met in an agile, sustainable, and flexible way.

To excel in this role, you will need to be able to understand our customers' needs and constraints and apply industry knowledge and best practices to develop effective IT solutions. You will be expected to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing comprehensive knowledge of our solutions offerings, strategies, and direction as it relates to the customer's business, infrastructure, and industry.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide a perspective on the customer's industry
  • Define a solution strategy appropriate to the problem at hand
  • Provide technical support to the sales force to implement new ideas
  • Research emerging concepts and ideas
  • Integrate the latest Kyndryl Consult and innovation offerings into the solutions approach
  • Work with all internal entities to design, solve and document a transformation solution
  • Define and propose solutions that are well integrated with the IS and optimized for the customer and our company
  • Ensure the coherency of the technical solution and the associated cost model
  • Prevent risks and potential technical impacts based on the proposed solutions
  • Assist with the project's deployment, ensuring compliance with the chosen standards
  • Work closely with other architects
  • Create processes to improve the efficiency of our customers or our own efficiency
  • Be active in design activities (HLD, LLD, costings)

Required Skills and Experience

  • 5 years of experience designing Enterprise Architecture
  • Experience in IT architecture and consulting
  • Experience and skills in data centers, IT and production departments, architectures, IT infrastructures, mobility, workstations, networks and security
  • Ability to architect, design and implement Enterprise architecture and Technology platforms within a large operating organization
  • Ability to use methodologies, intellectual knowledge, technical studies, reference documents and examples to develop innovative, differentiated and creative proposals and recommendations
  • Knowledge of Industry related, technical and security standards
  • Knowledge utilizing TOGAF, Zachman framework, or other related enterprise architect framework
  • Team spirit, meticulous, organizational skills, strong motivation
  • Good stress management to keep on top during large projects,
  • Available and mobile
  • Strong interest in innovation and new technologies (automation, AI Ops, etc.)
  • Focus on understanding customer's business, goals and problems before proposing solutions
  • Understand the entire consultative process lifecycle, from initial understanding to defining, designing and implementing solutions
  • Have a broad vision to capture the impacts of transformation on people, processes, technology, governance and culture, proposing solutions that address individual and integrated needs, as well as recommendations for unaddressed dimensions to develop future opportunities
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our portfolio of offerings, in particular Business Transformation Services, guiding the match between business needs and IT solutions
  • Leading and guiding the architects of each Kyndryl practices towards a unified and comprehensive solution
  • Deep Industry knowledge, linking the customer's industry issues, challenges and best practice solutions
  • Other essential skills are strategic communication, analysis and negotiation


  • Languages:
    • Fluent French mandatory
    • Minimum B2 in English

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience with one or more of the cloud technologies
