Associate Director, Content - The Kyndryl Institute
Who We Are
At Kyndryl, we design, build, manage and modernize the mission-critical technology systems that the world depends on every day. So why work at Kyndryl? We are always moving forward - always pushing ourselves to go further in our efforts to build a more equitable, inclusive world for our employees, our customers and our communities.
The Role
Are you passionate about shaping compelling stories and driving real business impact through thought leadership content? We're looking for an Associate Director, Content to help define and elevate the voice of The Kyndryl Institute.
In this role, you'll partner closely with our Editorial and Production Lead and VP of Marketing to craft and execute a content strategy that inspires action and positions Kyndryl as a leader in the market. You'll lead the creation of high-quality, persona-driven content-including long-form articles and multimedia projects-always with a sharp eye for unique angles, storytelling, and editorial standards.
A core part of your role will be conducting interviews with internal and external experts and translating those conversations into compelling, business-aligned content for a broad C-Suite commercial audience. You will be accountable for researching, developing, and writing pieces that showcase original perspectives and deep industry insights.
Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You'll support the Editorial and Production Lead to ensure all content is timely, relevant, and aligned with The Kyndryl Institute's goals. You'll work hand-in-hand with wider Marketing, Corporate Affairs, Consult, and external partners; contribute to campaign integration; and champion quality standards. You will also contribute to the evolution of video and multimedia strategy-drafting scripts, reviewing content, and partnering with production teams.
