In this customer-centric role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service within a contractual framework.
The AI Innovation Hub Leader will be responsible for designing, building, and scaling the company's artificial intelligence innovation space. The mission is to drive the adoption of emerging AI technologies (Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI-powered Data Platforms, Digital Twins, etc.), delivering high-impact use cases across industries, shaping an innovative portfolio of services, and fostering an ecosystem of partners, startups, clients, and internal teams of Kyndryl.

This leader will work together with the Data and AI Practice leader to combine strategic vision, strong technical depth, and business leadership to orchestrate innovation initiatives that accelerate time-to-value and position the organization as a global reference in enterprise-grade AI.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategy of the AI Innovation Hub, aligned with the corporate Data & AI vision.
- Design and lead an AI services and accelerators portfolio, including PoCs, MVPs, and scale-up roadmaps.
- Build and manage an innovation ecosystem with technology partners (Google, Microsoft, AWS, Snowflake, NVIDIA, etc.), startups, academia, and strategic clients.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team (data scientists, engineers, architects, business consultants, generative AI and multi-agent specialists).
- Promote AI Governance & Responsible AI practices, aligning with regulatory frameworks (ISO 42001, EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF).
- Ensure integration of AI with modern data architectures (Data Mesh, Data Fabric, Lakehouse, Medallion, Semantic Layers, Vector Databases).
- Act as an external ambassador of the Hub, representing the organization at conferences, forums, media, and with customers.
- Measure and report innovation impact KPIs: ROI, customer NPS, OEE in industry clients, cost optimization, and revenue acceleration.

Required Skills and Experience
- +15 years in consulting services developing Data and Business Intelligence solutions.
- +5 years building AI and Generative AI solutions.
- +15 years as a Data Architect
- Advanced development skills in Python and Java.
- Strong experience designing and developing AI solutions on Google Cloud (Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Functions, AI APIs).
- Proven ability to design enterprise-grade architectures on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Deep expertise in AI/ML/GenAI/Agentic AI, including multi-agent architectures, MLOps/LLMOps, RAG, and orchestration frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of cloud AI platforms (Google Vertex AI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, IBM watsonx).
- Proven track record in Data & AI Governance (DAMA-DMBoK, ISO 42001, EU AI Act, Responsible AI frameworks).
- Experience with modern data platforms (Data Mesh, Data Fabric, Lakehouse, Medallion architectures, Semantic Layers).
- Ability to design industry-specific solutions in retail, manufacturing, logistics, BFSI, telecom, and more.
- Ability to translate technology trends into concrete business opportunities.
- Strong business case development skills with measurable KPIs.
- Experience in digital transformation and change management.
