将来構想や中長期計画の策定、ITシステム環境の設計構築ベンダー選定～運用保守までの技術支援を実施しています。
キンドリルはITインフラストラクチャーの構築やアウトソーシングを軸に事業を伸ばしてきましたが、
お客様のご要望にお応えすべく、現在はシステム全体を対象に各テクノロジーサービスを拡大しています。
今回の募集では、私たちの生活に深く関わる大手損保系のお客様案件にて、
現在本番稼働しているメインフレームシステムの技術支援チームをリードしていただける方を探しております。

【具体的な業務内容】
• メインフレームシステムのハードウェア• リプレース、ソフトウェア• バージョンアップや保守に関する計画から実行をチームリーダーの1人として担当
• メインフレームシステムのテクニカルチームリードとしてのチーム管理、メンバーやお客様とのコミュニケーション
• メインフレームシステムのプロジェクト全体の進捗、課題、品質、リスク管理
• メインフレームシステムにて障害発生時の調査や対応策の検討、リード

Who You Are
【必須（MUST）】
下記のご経験をお持ちの方
• 5年以上のIBMメインフレームのハードウェア• ソフトウェアに関するご経験
• IBMメインフレームのバッチ管理ソフトウェア製品 IZWS (ZWS, IWS, TWS, OPC) の技術的サポートのご経験
（IBMサポートとの連絡は英語となります）
• IBMメインフレームのソフトウェア保守（修正策の適用など）のご経験
• IBMメインフレームの障害対応（障害発生時、IBM社SW障害サポートチームと協業の上、問題の切り分け、原因究明に必要な資料の収集、資料を解析して原因究明など）のご経験
• 5年以上の顧客折衝のご経験
