JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for allocating product to stores to optimize product flow to stores while building trust throughout the enterprise. Oversee store order rationing and coordinate the execution of seasonal goods in partnership with merchandising and logistics. Supervise internal Kroger associates and provide guidance for third-party Allocation Center of Excellence (ACOE) resources. Support Supply Chain Planning Analytics team to develop standardized analytics tools to facilitate the allocations process. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Allocate product to stores using Enterprise Allocation tools and solidified processes for Sales plan and identified on hand inventory (i.e., aged, dead, residual and CAO supplement)
- Oversee store order rationing (max/Z codes) for constrained items that are not being automated
- Conduct promotional allocations and ensure they are reflected in SKOPE

- Coordinate the execution of seasonal goods through import, Kroger, and third-party sites in partnership with Merchandising and Logistics
- Drive allocation recommendations to stores for residual allocations
- Create opportunities for promotional flow efficiencies through internal and external collaboration to drive innovation, improve store service, and reduce supply chain costs
- Gain alignment with Merchandising, divisions, Procurement, Store Operations, and Logistics around event execution and promotional flow
- Monitor and report promotional flow key performance indicators (KPIs) including budgetary impacts and store service
- Drive results that achieve planned levels of service and costs against operational/productivity goals utilizing KPIs
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the Supply Chain Planning team
- Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports
- Travel to distribution centers, division offices and replenishment locations as needed
- Must be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree business or equivalent working experience
- 5+ years management experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills and development of associates
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, including senior management
- Excellent facilitation skills with the ability to drive toward solutions
- Ability to prioritize and assign work according to business priorities and strategies

Desired
- Master's Degree
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain management
