JOB DESCRIPTION

Audit various job functions (order selection, splits, shipping, belts, and receiving) and perform physical inventory counts in the Distribution Center. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Model "Customer 1st" behavior; deliver and encourage other associates to deliver excellent customer service
  • Audit trailers
  • Audit all order fillers, randomly, each week
  • Audit shipping, receiving, and belts, randomly
  • Audit order filers working in order selection and/or splits
  • Perform cycle counts
  • Perform inventory responsibilities
  • Maintain individual, shift, and warehouse audit records
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Ability to pass drug test
  • Ability to work weekends on a rare basis
  • Ability to work overtime on an occasional basis
  • Ability to work any shift
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Accuracy/attention to detail
  • Ability to organize/prioritize variety of tasks/projects
  • Ability to operate forklift, pallet jack, cherry picker and high rise crane
  • Valid driver's license
  • Lift truck certification/license

Desired
  • Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and organizational structure
  • Auditing experience
