JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide administrative support for Retail Operations department and staff. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide day-to-day administrative support for applicable department and staff
- Provide customer service that makes both internal and external customers feel welcome, important and appreciated
- Transcribe and/or compose letters, memos and reports.
- Produce and assemble materials/documents needed for meetings, training sessions and presentations
- Process district/department mail and distribute accordingly.
- Read and understand operating statements, work accurately with numbers and recap information for the department
- Maintain communications between store managers, coordinators and districts
- Work with applicable departments in the maintenance of associates' records
- Create reports and spreadsheets for the department
- Supervise and coordinate events and activities
- Report and follow-through on product recalls, contests, recaps, class recalls, and other activities
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum
- Excellent phone and written/oral communication skills and good typing/filing skills
- Ability to write reports and correspondence
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to learn new computer skills
- Ability to exhibit good judgement and role model strong customer service skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, plan and meet deadlines
- Ability to gain the support of others to get the job done
Desired
- Prior experience supporting several managers
