CORP PERFORMANCE MEDIA MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for accelerating the performance media creative strategy through tactical plan optimizations to deliver on business growth goals for lines-of-business, divisions, and Enterprise. Advance personalization across paid media channels, identifying the right mix to achieve growth at scale. Oversee agency's development and execution of tactical plans for adherence to Kroger investment principles, strategy, and best practices, all while delivering on performance metrics and driving growth tied to business outcomes. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the ongoing performance media creative strategy and optimizations to drive to business outcomes, leveraging data/performance results and audience signals/insights to guide approach with agency and internal stakeholders
- Partner with internal and cross-functional team members to advance MMM learnings, identifying the right mix of targeting and contextual creative to drive personalization at scale across all paid media channels

- Manage the performance media creative tactical briefs and audience/version mapping for internal creative teams
- Facilitate performance creative reviews with cross-team collaboration with site experience, digital communications, lifecycle marketing, creative, brand marketing and agency teams
- Oversee high-velocity, rapid testing plans for Integrated Media, partnering with creative and brand marketing teams to ensure holistic testing approach across all channels and document ongoing learnings tied to performance
- Oversee and guide agency's tactical plan development and optimizations, ensuring alignment to media strategy, business goals and customers
- Surface new media innovation opportunities, gain support from internal stakeholders, and ongoing performance socialization
- Provide and socialize reporting across teams and stakeholders consistently/frequently
- Develop media presentations to relevant stakeholders, leadership, teams, etc.
- Manage all other assigned projects to ensure they are on track and gaining organizational support and identify and solve for roadblocks/gaps; report progress routinely to supervisor; prepare and distribute routine progress reports to department leadership
- Demonstrate dedication to Kroger Marketing Vision, the principles of advertising, marketing and media
- Participate in change management to grow the company's knowledge of advertising, marketing and media, reducing friction and priming innovation to unlock short-term and long-term success

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of experience with performance media, with a minimum of 1 year working with paid search and product feeds
- Results oriented, comfort with change and complexity, and rapid learner
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities within a fast-paced, dynamic, collaborative environment
- Innovative, detail oriented, strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Excellent oral, written, presentation, people, diplomacy, and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Desired
- 5+ years of experience with performance media, with 3+ years driving eCommerce retail growth through paid search and shopping
- Any Grocery retail experience
- Any Experience standing up and maintaining product feeds
