CORP MARKETING/MEDIA OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for media campaign project management, including creative trafficking instructions, addressable audience coordination, and assist with monitoring media agency to drive media cost efficiencies, ensure adherence to media best practices, and execution excellence. Assist in ongoing monitoring through media audits and ad verification. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage tactical needs for assigned campaigns and navigate across internal cross-functional teams to secure required inputs for successful campaign execution
- Schedule and coordinate first-party audience delivery to activation platforms, working cross-functionally with 84.51 and Media AOR

- Provide Media AOR with accurate information on creative mapping details including naming conventions, vendor, ad sizes, landing page, etc.
- Assist in compiling reports and audits to monitor media cost efficiencies, buying guidelines, and best practices
- Assist in successful completion and socialization of quarterly media audit, period digital media audits, and bi-annual agency audit.
- Manage all assigned projects to ensure they are on track and gaining organizational support and identify and solve for roadblocks/gaps; report progress routinely to supervisor; prepare and distribute routine progress reports to department leadership

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree related field or equivalent practical experience
- 1 year of marketing or media experience
- Innovative, results oriented, comfortable with change and complexity, and a rapid learner
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities
- Detail-oriented and data driven
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent oral/written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
