CORP MARKETING/BRAND MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for the development and implementation of campaigns and always-on marketing to drive Kroger's eCommerce business across various modalities (i.e., pick-up, ship-to-home, delivery) in addition to new eCommerce initiatives. Work directly with Kroger's eCommerce team to support plans and business priorities. Be part of an agile working team across all areas of marketing disciplines to drive full-funnel performance and be responsible for high-velocity testing and ongoing optimization to deliver on key measures. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop audience-based marketing plans to grow Kroger's eCommerce business, including a mix of marketing campaigns and always-on tactics across paid search, display, social media, email, mobile messaging, as well as traditional media channels such as TV, radio and OOH
- Work within Marketing eCommerce team to continuously optimize how budgets are used across team to deliver strongest ROI
- Write all eCommerce performance marketing briefs
- Partner with project managers and channel owners on agile working team to ensure plans are implemented, from targeting to creative assets to deployment
- Manage high-velocity, rapid testing plans, which includes working with entire eCommerce Marketing team to run ongoing a/b and multivariate testing
- Utilize customers insights and performance results to continuously optimize for performance
- Partner with Digital Experience team to ensure Marketing and Site Experience plans are aligned to drive increased conversion
- Socialize performance results across teams
- Keep abreast of industry best practices and competitive landscape to proactively improve marketing plans
- Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum
- 6+ years of brand marketing experience
- Any experience using Adobe Analytics and/or Google analytics and Tableau
- 6+ years of experience focused on eCommerce marketing with majority of experience in B2C
- 7+ years in a digital marketing role with relevant and progressive experience
- Customer-obsessed focus with expertise in end-to-end user experience

- Highly organized, strong attention to detail and outstanding time management skills
- Ability to multi-task, problem-solve and effectively communicate in a challenging, fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and quantitative capability to determine program effectiveness, ROI, etc.
- Advanced understanding of the digital marketing landscape including email, mobile messaging, affiliate, search, display and social
- Entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding business acumen and a proven ability to manage and generate new business with an eye on ROI performance & profitability
Desired
- Bachelor's Degree marketing, business management, or related field
- Any experience running a/b and multivariate testing and wiring learnings into business as usual
- Any experience successfully working in a highly matrixed environment
- Any Agile methodology experience
- 3+ years of experience working for an omnichannel retailer strongly desired
- History of delivering plans on-time and on-budget
- Prior record of meeting and/or exceeding eCommerce goals
