CORP MARKETING/AUTOMATION DEVELOPER
JOB DESCRIPTION
Implement integrated customer journeys using marketing automation platforms and tools. Ensure requirements, business rules, workflows and integration points are documented, planned and executed. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in scoping, requirement and specification meetings and design/solution reviews
- Assess and analyze business requirements and recommend optimal ways to provide desired outcome within the system constraints while also assessing potential risks
- Manage and execute the design and implementation of overall solution within customer data and/or journey orchestration platforms
- Demonstrate expertise using customer data platform, user interfaces and integration to client systems and solution performance

- Produce functional specification documentation based upon partner business requirements and work closely with various departments to coordinate efforts to ensure deadlines are met
- Perform necessary system testing and end-to-end code audits
- Must be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum
- 3+ years of relevant technical experience using marketing automation
- Technical knowledge of RESTful APIs, SOAP web services and message queues
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to make customer first, data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
Desired
- Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, or related field
- Any experience in marketing technology or analytics
- Any experience working as part of an Agile team
- Any experience with analytical software such as Google Analytics
- Any digital marketing experience, including email, mobile messaging and paid digital
- History using database marketing or campaign management tools with an emphasis on database design skills
- Knowledge of analytical tools
