KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Health & Welfare and Well-Being to join our Talent & Culture team.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish relationships with external vendors to ensure consistent service delivery, including resolution of escalated user issues and consideration of plan changes, as well as serve as a liaison between the external vendors and KPMG's IT security and procurement teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of all security reviews and contracting requirements for new and existing vendors
  • Implement new programs and changes to existing programs through project management and change management efforts by coordinating activities between vendors, procurement, HRSC, Digital Nexus and communications
  • Develop communications and update content on the firm's internal websites to promote the firm's benefits programs, and maintain process documentation and compliance logs to ensure compliance with benefits laws and other legal requirements
  • Participate in the development and implementation of benefit policies; support the annual enrollment process, as well as benchmark and review new market offerings for possible implementation
  • Serve as a resource to educate the HR Service Center and other HR liaisons, and work with consultants to determine impact of legal regulations, specifically statutory leave laws to ensure administrative compliance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Human Resource peers and other key internal individuals to establish partnerships and create value added services
Qualifications:
  • Minimum three years of recent health and welfare administration experience, or consultant, broker, or insurance company experience
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of Health & Welfare plan compliance regulations, including Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), Department of Labor (DOL), Internal Revenue Code (IRC) guidelines, as well as statutory leave laws
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret benchmarking, plan data, and communicate findings to managers and senior leaders; strong analytical skills required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to effectively communicate plan considerations to partners and employees at all levels
