KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Key Account Marketer - Federal Advisory to join our Marketing organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish and execute marketing strategies including collaborating with key stakeholders to develop comprehensive marketing strategies and plan aligned with business goals and customized target audience
  • Drive development and promotion of marketing and sales content as part of content development and customization to effectively reach our target audience including facilitating discussions, providing reviews, gathering input and ensuring alignment to overall marketing strategies
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, track expenses, and ensure effective allocation of resources as part of budget management
  • Create and implement efficient event strategy, including defining event goals and success metrics, creating projects plans and managing logistics
  • Take responsibility for vendor and tool management by managing third party vendors including negotiation of contracts and budgets, project plans, presentations, reporting and tools such as Salesforce, Monday.com and more
  • Execute performance tracking and reporting by analyzing marketing campaign performance, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and providing regular reports and insights to management
Qualifications:
  • Minimum seven years of recent experience in marketing management or related roles in a large, matrixed environment
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in developing and executing marketing strategies, campaigns, events and content
  • Clear understanding of digital marketing channels, platforms, and tools
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and project management skills
