KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Client Experience Innovation Consultant to join our KPMG Ignition team within our Growth and Strategy organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as a strong facilitator, with an excellent command of Design Thinking and Experience Design methods to help activate our client experience strategy to support our team's core competencies and further differentiate Ignition within KPMG and the market
  • Drive Ignition's CX agenda including designing and leading experiments, deploying solutions to delivery teams, and iterating based on commercial feedback; assist with design and delivery of a CX strategy by collaborating with designers, facilitators, researchers, technologists, market leaders and the wider firm, in capturing requirements and designing unique experiences for KPMG clients
  • Support Ignition's experience design capability including establishing standard operating procedures, integrating assets into knowledge management systems, and setting a training strategy to support the development of Ignition team members, who will deliver on our CX vision
  • Collaborate with industry and practice leadership to mine signals of change on business disruption, from an outside-in perspective, and to apply Design Thinking to develop unique points of view and solve complex business challenges for the firm and clients
  • Design and facilitate quality, engaging Ignition client experiences for C-suite audiences leveraging Ignition methods; engage actively with subject matter experts and collaborate across Ignition to bring the right points of view and insights into a session
  • Work in an agile, adaptable, dynamic, fast-paced environment and deal with complexity and ambiguity; develop expertise in multiple sectors as well as be a skilled analyst, strategist, and compelling presenter; synthesize in real time and within a multi-industry, multi-practice context; lead several concurrent projects and team members on a daily basis
Qualifications:
  • Minimum five years of recent experience in a professional services environment, with a background in client service, program, and project management roles preferred
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required
  • Experience with design strategy and methods, including user-centered, service, behavioral and experience design
  • Prior experience in a manager role leading and motivating a team outside of direct reporting lines and be agile, adaptable, and dynamic in a fast-paced environment; ability to deal with complexity and ambiguity
  • Able to interact, present, and summarize cohesive information to and for leadership-level executives, both internal and external; excellent storyteller with the capability to prepare compelling presentations; understand design thinking principles and effectively lead design thinking sessions, and approach research through a design thinking lens
  • Travel may range from 50% - 80% at times
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
