KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, KDN Tax and Legal GMS Global Mobility Engagement Management to join our KPMG Delivery Network organization.

Responsibilities:
- Build up Global Mobility Services (GMS) Central Team capabilities for global account management Coordination and Billing, including supporting with the execution of the global practice's growth plans
- Take responsibility for ensuring client satisfaction by providing a seamless global account management coordination experience
- Oversee and provide feedback on the overall playbook for centralized account management including but not limited to coordination and billing
- Research and provide preliminary recommendation development for significant problem solving of practice issues
- Play a key role in KDN Tax and Legal projects and strategic initiatives in connection with core business activities
- Engage in various internal quality assurance and monitoring programs, inclusive of collaborating with cross functional teams on key projects
- Minimum five years of recent global mobility experience either with a global mobility tax or relocation vendor or an in-house/corporate global mobility role
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university with a relevant business discipline essential
- Demonstrable evidence of cross teaming with other service groups / businesses; excellent stakeholder management and people management skills with the capability to manage and lead small teams
- Ability to think creatively and provide solutions to complex problems; flexibility to adapt to a variety of different work environments and locations; capacity to operate in a fast paced and highly complex multinational environment
- Exhibits professional skepticism and regularly seeks to know, understand (and potentially exploit) the root cause of current developments

California Salary Range: $94700 - $193200
