KPMG is currently seeking a Manager to join our Federal Advisory practice.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead client-facing workforce transformation workstreams to support clients in the following areas: talent development, talent performance, workforce design and architecture, and workforce analytics
  • Manage cross functional teams to deliver excellent client service, including stakeholders management, meeting and workshop facilitation, deliverable creation, and project and financial management
  • Drive the creation and advancement of thought leadership, internal and external tools and resources, and training for workforce transformation efforts
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of methodologies and intellectual capital including articles, whitepapers, and methodology guides
  • Participate in business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal responses and client outreach
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of five years of relevant work experience related to Human Capital consulting, performance management, workforce planning, HR analytics, organizational design, diversity, equity and inclusion; U.S. Federal government consulting experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university required; advanced degree in I/O Psychology, Organizational Development or related field preferred
  • Experience designing and leading business transformation initiatives based on a deep understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and leading practices in the human capital space
  • Prior work managing a portfolio of activities within a project or team, including setting priorities, balancing competing deadlines, and lead conversations and create stakeholder engagement with clients and colleagues across an organizational hierarchy
  • Experience mentoring or managing employees including annual goal setting, performance reviews, and discussing career development opportunities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to establish rapport with clients and colleagues
  • U.S. Citizenship required with an active Top Secret U.S. government security clearance
