KPMG is currently seeking a Manager to join our Federal Advisory practice.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain Workday data and the development of data standards and best practices for data governance
  • Integrate data from various sources such as HR systems, payroll, and finance into the Workday HCM platform
  • Lead the design and development of data integration solutions using Workday connectors, EIB, and other integration tools
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data in the Workday HCM platform, while developing data quality metrics and conducting data audits to identify and correct data errors or inconsistencies
  • Work closely with stakeholders such as HR, IT, and payroll teams to ensure data integrity and adherence to data standards, in addition to providing technical guidance and support to stakeholders on Workday data-related issues
  • Support the development and maintenance of Workday HCM reports and dashboards to provide insights on HR metrics
  • Ensure data security and access compliance within the Workday platform by designing and maintaining data security roles and permissions for different user groups in collaboration with the Security Team
  • Support the team to plan and execute Workday upgrades and maintenance activities and ensure that data structures are updated as needed and that data integrity and security are maintained during upgrades
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of five years of experience implementing, configuring, and customizing Workday HCM solutions, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical/data leadership role
  • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university
  • Workday HCM Certification required
  • Familiarity with data integration tools, ETL processes, data quality tools, and data governance best practices; XML, XSLT, and data transformation technologies
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Travel as required to support firm engagements
  • U.S. citizenship required and the ability to obtain a U.S. Federal government security clearance within a reasonable period of time
