KPMG is currently seeking a Business Continuity Manager to join our Global Information Technology Group which is part of KPMG International.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive business continuity and disaster recovery strategies and solutions, technical support with technical teams and outsourced provider(s)
  • Review and update the critical technology services recovery plans
  • Coordinate with various teams to ensure business continuity and disaster recovery strategies and solutions are integrated into the organization's systems and procedures
  • Conduct risk assessments and business impact analyses of critical technology services to identify vulnerable areas
  • Perform education and drills to validate and improve the business continuity and disaster recovery plans
Qualifications:
  • Minimum five years of recent professional experience in IT Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or relevant work experience
  • Strong understanding of industry standards, related to areas defined in: ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, ISO 2700x, SOC2 is a must
  • Knowledge of Business Continuity Management and Disaster Recovery standards (i.e. ISO 27031/22301)
  • Experience developing, implementing and maintaining processes, policies, procedures, standards and guidelines
  • Knowledge of IT operations audit methodologies

California Salary Range: $109100 - $229700
