Konica Minolta currently has an exciting opportunity for a Sr. National Wholesale Admin Specialist.
The role directly supports the National Wholesale Administration Manager in all of her responsibilities. In addition, this role supports Wholesale Dealer Pricing and Direct Pricing maintenance in S4 and ECC SAP, the process of material classification that dictates how items are reported in financial reporting, and reviews SAP pricing / invoicing issues and provides resolutions. This role is the primary reviewer of product hierarchy codes and needs an in depth understanding of the available codes and what classifications are correct. National Wholesale Administration Manager.
Responsibilities
- SAP Pricing Support - Maintain the Wholesale pricing in SAP for all products for dealer
- pricing for BUS and BCA.
- Maintain Direct Pricing in S4 for 5 levels in Production UP1 and Test Environment UQ9.
- Direct Pricing for ZPR4, ZPR9 for BUS and BCA
- New Item Product Hierarchy Review - Finance needs to review the codes assigned by
- Product Managers to new item set up. It is critical for financial reporting that the correct codes are assigned to items.
- DDP/Dealer Development Program/Special Pricing - Set up any special pricing based on either DDP Program rules or emails outlining the special pricing.
- Price Issue Review / Adjustments - When issues come up, research claims for price adjustments, calculate potential monies involved, attain appropriate approval and then issue adjustments. When pricing is retroactive, reports are run to see what was billed and calculations will be applied for what credit / debit is due.
- SAP Credit / Debit Issuance - Processes Wholesale Credits and Debits in SAP for price adjustments, rebates, etc.
- SAP Inclusion / Exclusion - There is SAP functionality which allows us to restrict products a customer purchases.
- Internal KM Accounts - create internal customer master accounts used for processing transactions within SAP and they need to be charged to specific cost centers.
- Extend Customer Master Accts - Create 2000 / 02 view and add P #'s to records.
- Adhoc Reporting as needed and General Support to department as needed - Update
- Territory #'s in SAP and/or Avenue, issue credits or debits as needed for rebates, MDF, etc.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma, some College or equivalent
- 5-7 years office experience
- 3-5 years SAP experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software/database programming helpful
- Knowledge of KMBS models, systems, and dealer structure.
- SAP SD, Pricing, CRMs, Business Objects, and Business Warehouse experience preferred.
- Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills required.
- Proficiency in MS Access preferred.
- Financial systems mindset and desire to dig into details to search for improvements. Fortitude to drive execution.
- Self-starter with the ability to investigate issues and requests independently.
- Ability to collaborate and use judgement to produce conclusions and results.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adhere to deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
