Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Planning the work of the project team and achieving overall quality, schedule and cost targets.
• Managing expectations
• Participate and help drive customer project kickoff conferences with project stakeholders (pre-engagement call mechanism).
• Responding to escalation of issues from project team members.
• Work Closely to support customer and partner PMs.
• Ensuring that project milestones are met and reported.
• Providing information and support to other organizations within the company, pertaining to the project.
• Present status of all projects on weekly team calls with customer PMOs.
• Conducting the following functions for each assigned project:
  • Coordination of client communications
  • Communicating project information through workflow system
  • Assignment of project tasks in the service delivery system
  • Escalation and communication of issues and changes affecting the project.
  • Manage SOW by ensuring each scoped element is met and that scope variances are noted, documented, and approved by following appropriate processes (change orders or re-scopes).
  • Project closure meeting and complete a post-project analysis to review opportunities for improvement and process calibration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred

• 1-4 years experience preferred
