Senior Media Coordinator - Email Analytics & Reporting

This role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You'll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
About the Role
As Senior Media Coordinator - Email Analytics & Reporting, you will be responsible for leveraging data and analytics to measure the performance of our email and mobile marketing programs. You will play a critical role in developing reporting frameworks, uncovering actionable insights, and driving optimization strategies that enhance engagement and campaign effectiveness.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reports to track key email and mobile marketing KPIs, including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and long-term engagement trends.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify patterns, opportunities, and actionable recommendations for optimization.
- Translate complex data into clear, compelling insights that inform marketing strategies and decision-making across teams.
- Provide guidance on A/B testing strategies, evaluate test results, and recommend optimizations for content, targeting, and customer journeys.
- Partner with stakeholders to automate reporting processes, increasing efficiency and reducing manual workload.
- Support compliance with email regulations and best practices, including familiarity with CAN-SPAM.
- Monitor email deliverability, inbox placement, and sender reputation to maintain positive program health.
- Stay current on emerging analytics tools, data visualization best practices, and industry benchmarks in email and mobile marketing.
What Skills You Have
Required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years experience in email marketing analytics or digital marketing reporting
- Experience with Adobe Analytics, Marketing Cloud Intelligence, or similar platforms
- Proficiency using Google Workspace, including advanced knowledge of Google Sheets (or Microsoft Excel)
- Preferred
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Statistics or similar
- Experience working with marketing tools
- Previous media experience in traditional and digital media
Preferred
