Physical Security Support Specialist

About the Role

The Physical Security Specialist supports the Loss Prevention department by maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing security technology systems, including Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) equipment, Intrusion Alarm Systems, and Product Protection devices and supplies. This position serves as a liaison between corporate leadership, field teams, and external vendors to ensure all physical security systems operate reliably and efficiently-reducing downtime, minimizing risk, and strengthening overall asset protection across the organization.

What You'll Do

• Maintain and troubleshoot the Loss Prevention Service Channel Dashboard, focusing on CCTV, Intrusion, Locks/Cores and Product Protection supplies.
• Reduce field service calls by remotely diagnosing and resolving CCTV or hardware issues.
• Process tickets through completion for repair and maintenance of CCTV systems, and other physical security equipment.

• Serve as the liaison for escalations.
• Ensure timely communication and resolution of critical security incidents.
  Assist in the creation and maintenance of best practices and troubleshooting reference materials related to CCTV, Intrusion, Locks/Cores and Product Protection for store teams and Field Loss Prevention teams.

• Maintain accurate records of physical security devices, supplies, and building equipment.

• Support store hardening projects and camera rollouts to strengthen physical security infrastructure.

• Enter and manage purchase orders within the company's procurement application/Service Channel.
• Maintain budgets and vendor relationships
• Coordinate advanced replacement and equipment lifecycle management for store security hardware.

• Additional tasks may be assigned
