This role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You'll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
About the Role
As Media Coordinator - Email, you will ensure the successful deployment of marketing campaigns to the proper audience, executing with excellence while contributing to the program's strategic approach.
What You'll Do
- Perform day-to-day marketing activities including, email campaign set-up, scheduling, testing, tagging and deployment of dynamic campaigns
- Maintain documentation and communication that supports the campaign setup
- Ensure the team has the data and audiences required to execute the campaigns
- Ensure all deliverables are met with duties, including proofing, QA, requesting offers, reporting and maintaining documentation
- Create performance reports
- Manage, prioritize and deliver on ad hoc requests
- Contribute to the development of strategic plans
- Gather and analyze performance results and insights to help inform future planning
- Develop and maintain media planning documents
- Communicate with media channel owners and marketing teams to ensure all parties are aligned with the media plan, execution and performance
- Ensure customer-to-offer assignments are processed according to strategic guidance and business rules
- Lead troubleshooting efforts around issues and defects that may arise
- QA audience creation and campaign details
- Research, evaluate and analyze data to make optimization recommendations
- Reconcile invoices
- Additional tasks may be assigned

What Skills You Have
Required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced organization
- Ability to accomplish objectives in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to independently follow complex documentation
- Proficiency using Word, Excel, and Google Drive Products
Preferred
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Statistics or similar
- Previous experience working within marketing tools, e.g., marketing cloud or email service provider
- Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Previous media experience in traditional and digital media
