Coordinates the development of operational initiatives that have a direct impact on stores. Acts as a liaison for business partners to assist in identifying operational opportunities. Partners with business units to ensure company objectives are being met and that timely, consistent and accurate communication is being provided. Continually seeks process improvements both internally and at the store level to improve upon the customer and associate experience. Identifies and implements improvements to communication tools and processes.

Exterior Lighting / Exteriors / Landlord Work Orders
- Responsible for store oversight of exterior lighting / signage and support of building exterior repair and maintenance program
- Prioritize and approve work orders within established budget guidelines and resolve escalated issues with Koh's Field team and vendors.
- Maintain monthly maintenance budgets, accruals and forecasting.
- Create and monitor reports to track vendor schedules, work order status, and expense.
- Hold vendors accountable to key performance metrics.
- Improve operational efficiency by creating and evolving best practices.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and annual capital planning.
- Responsible for assisting with stores capital replacements and exterior lighting LED retrofits
- Communicate repair and maintenance issues to landlord's and provide continuous follow up until resolution
- Enforce landlord's obligations for exterior lighting / common area maintenance / building exterior repair and maintenance lease obligations
Required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience using PC and Macintosh environments (software including Microsoft Office, Keynote, iwork, Indesign, email/collaboration systems.)
- Proven project management skills with ability to multitask without sacrificing detail.
- Effective prioritization and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work as a part of a team & interact effectively with others
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels.
Preferred
- Experience in a retail environment
- Experience with scheduling or related software system (Scheduling Only)

- On-call responsibility and flexible schedule as needed to support business operations.
