Ad Operations Coordinator

This role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You'll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
About the Role
In this role, you will support the end-to-end management and execution of digital ad campaigns, including both onsite and offsite media tactics. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful campaign launches and technical accuracy.
What You'll Do
- Assist with the end-to-end trafficking of digital ad campaigns, including both onsite and offsite media tactics, working closely with third-party partners for certain tactics
- Manage ad placements and creative assets to ensure timely campaign launches and accurate execution
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, media planning, activation) and third-party vendors to confirm campaign specifications and timelines
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure assets align with campaign objectives and meet platform, retailer, and brand compliance standards
- Operate and troubleshoot within ad management platforms (e.g., Ad Servers, DSPs, SSPs, or other proprietary tools)
- Troubleshoot critical issues affecting campaign delivery or performance, collaborating with support teams and third-party vendors to resolve them
- Perform pre-launch QA checks to ensure campaign details and technical specifications are accurate
- Monitor campaigns post-launch to ensure correct creatives are running daily and reporting is accurately captured
- Ensure campaigns comply with brand safety guidelines and legal requirements
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in trafficking, QA, and troubleshooting to streamline operations and increase efficiency
- Act as a key point of contact for brand partners, internal teams, and third-party vendors regarding campaign operations
- Additional tasks may be assigned

What Skills You Have
Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business or equivalent
- Advanced knowledge and experience in Excel
- Excellent analytical and technical skills with a high attention to detail
- Demonstrated strength in problem-solving and multitasking
- Problem-solving and solution-seeking mentality
Preferred
- Experience working in ad serving platform
