The Supply Chain & Operations Manager – Wellness Products will lead the strategic development and execution of end-to-end supply chain solutions for a dynamic and growing wellness-focused business. As a key operational leader, this individual will be responsible for sourcing, optimizing transportation, warehousing, logistics, and distribution networks while ensuring alignment with growth, service, and cost objectives.

The Supply Chain & Operations Manager will play a critical role in shaping and executing end-to-end supply chain strategies to support growth, service, and cost goals. From logistics and inventory management to supplier partnerships and demand/supply planning, this role blends strategic leadership with hands-on operational execution. This is a high-impact, highly visible role ideal for a strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for wellness.

The newly established Wellness Products business aims to become the leading provider of Mind & Body Wellness solutions for both home and professional spa environments. With a focus on expanding a wellness-centric product line and delivering a distinct go-to-market strategy, the team is building memorable showroom and digital experiences. Ideal candidates are passionate about wellness, adaptable to change, action-oriented, and collaborative, with startup experience strongly preferred.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Design and implement agile supply chain strategies in partnership with the Wellness Products leadership team.
  • Lead network optimization, including warehousing, transportation, inventory transitions, and supplier development.
  • Integral to the New Product Development (NPD) process, work with NPD teams to define sourcing strategies and integrate new SKUs into our supply chain. Ensure proper sourcing coverage across NPD portfolio and develop clear timelines and deliverables for key supply chain and purchasing milestones.
  • Monitor and manage supply/demand planning and warehouse capacity alongside S&OP teams, owning some S&OP functions for new to Kohler categories and supporting for established categories in a matrixed format.
  • Mitigate risk with contingency planning, real-time monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Establish and track KPIs across supplier performance, inventory management, end to end service, and delivery metrics.
  • Formulate the business case to justify adding supply chain resources. Build and lead a high-performing team, emphasizing talent development, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Engage with 3PL providers, suppliers, and key customers to ensure operational excellence.
  • Accountable for understanding and influencing the supply chain cost drivers on the income statement; understand impact of actions and make recommendations on the impact to the financial forecast.

Skills/Requirements

  • 10+ years of supply chain experience required; Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related field a plus.
  • Proven project leadership and strong business acumen in retail, wholesale, or e-commerce.
  • Data-driven decision making with financial and analytical expertise.
  • Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies; SAP/SNP experience preferred.
  • Advanced degree (MBA) and supply chain certifications (APICS, CSCMP) preferred.
