Supply and Demand Planner
Work Mode: Hybrid
Location: Hybrid - Kohler Wisconsin
Opportunity
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain, to gather relevant data and insights for demand planning. Conduct demand forecasting using advanced statistical models, historical sales data, and market intelligence.
Specific Responsibilities
- Analyze demand patterns and identify opportunities and challenges.
- Regularly review and adjust demand forecasts based on actual sales performance and changing market conditions.
- Leverage industry best practices including collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment for retail and wholesale customers. Ensure all forecasts align with historical and projected Point of Sale and any other customer insights information to minimize forecast error resulting in improved service levels as measured by Lines on-time and in-full.

Skills/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Operations Research, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics a plus.
- Experience in statistical analysis and/or demand forecasting software/tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of supply chain principles and best practices.
- Experience with ERP and demand planning software (e.g., SAP IBP/APO) is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
