Sr Product Analyst, Faucet Finishes

Work Mode: Hybrid

The Sr. Analyst – Faucet CMF will be responsible for driving the short-term strategic direction of color, material and finishes for the North America faucet finish product portfolio including the development, commercialization and service of finishes to drive vitality and growth. This role will identify and prioritize needs, develop the CMF product roadmap, and drive new product development efforts. This involves making decisions to create a new CMF assortment, develop targets with industrial design, informing industrial manufacturing capabilities to enable CMF, and ensure effective commercialization of the CMF offering.  Collaboration between cross-functional team members including sourcing, supply chain, engineering, channel, sales, and industrial design will be vital in the success of this role.  This high impact role that has high visibility in the organization.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Partner with advanced development and new product development teams to develop color, materials, and finishes that live on the leading edge in design and technology.
  • Lead analysis for CMF and/or support other category leads to develop insights, formulate and test hypothesis, present and execute recommendations.
  • Develop a complete understanding of the customer and competitive landscape including innovation, products, pricing, trends, and market share.
  • Create and lead engaging presentations to all levels internal and external that clearly articulate product information, business strategies, data and insights and other information
  • Collaborate with the sales organization on product needs, sales samples, and other requests to drive business growth.
  • Draft internal and external communications highlighting new CMF launches and sales tools.
  • Develop relationships with customers, sales, new product development, and other stakeholders that can contribute to the development of new product and business ideas
  • Lead marketing planning and execution to drive growth of CMF in all channels. Contribute to trade shows and sales meetings.
  • Demonstrate competency in the following: Drive Continuous Improvement, Set High Standards of Performance, Focus on the End Customer, and Build Trust.

Skills/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, engineering, operations, or industrial design
  • Experience in advanced development, engineering, and/or operations a plus
  • Product management experience with strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Hands-on, detail oriented, energetic, and results-driven
  • Experience with wholesale and ecommerce focused product development and/or marketing Bachelor’s degree in marketing, engineering, operations, or industrial design
  • Experience in advanced development, engineering, and/or operations a plus
  • Product management experience with strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Hands-on, detail oriented, energetic, and results-driven
  • Experience with wholesale and ecommerce focused product development and/or marketing
