Opportunity

The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Production Scheduling role is responsible for establishing optimum production daily schedule processes, maximizing production efficiency, and driving achievement of inventory health targets in manufacturing. A key aspect of this role is to drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis and corrective action of schedule adherence impacts. This position will collaborate across multi-site operations requiring alignment with internal stakeholders, including Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations, IT, Finance, and any other department relevant to the management, alignment and execution of production scheduling.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Own overall KBA Production Scheduling strategy and implementation aligned to support the business strategy and targets.
  • Develop and enhance daily schedule process and systematic tool utilization.
  • Proactive analysis of Schedule Adherence vs the targets.
  • Develop and implement standard processes and best practices in production scheduling in conjunction with factory operations and supply planning teams.
  • Developing, deploying and supporting tools & reports to provide early alerts on impact to inventory health.
  • Monitoring process KPIs, perform root cause analysis on any issues discovered, and drive the improvement processes, regular and ad hoc.

Skills/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required: Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Finance or Engineering.
  • At least 5-7 years of leadership experience in supply chain management using relevant process tools.
  • Demonstrated proficiency project management and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Multi-site functional support or leadership is preferred
  • APICS/IBF or other related certification is preferred
  • 40% - 50% travel
