Opportunity

Kohler Co. is looking for an analytical candidate with exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for driving results to join the growing Bathroom Faucets, Accessories, Fittings, and Lighting Category Management team.  You will be joining a leading global company committed to living on the leading edge in design and technology of product and process.

The ideal candidate will exhibit the following:

• Leads with curiosity and creative thinking
• Display initiative to find solutions and work effectively with all levels in the organization
• Set strong example through work product, energy, attitude and technical skills
• Willing to learn new product development, manufacturing, forecasting, and production planning

Specific Responsibilities

• Business analysis: Assessing portfolio effectiveness and making recommendations for improving sales performance
• Break even analysis & tracking to support promotional plans & effectiveness
• Goal setting: Determining sales goals
• Reporting: Compiling reports and communicating findings to clients and executives
• Data analysis: Analyzing data to identify opportunities to improve the layout and performance of the category
• POS, shipments, weeks of stock analysis and insights
• Performance monitoring: Collecting and analyzing data to gauge performance using KPIs and benchmarks
• Demand and supply management
• Maintain an up-to-date database of competitive & market information including product catalogs, price lists, current promotions, and new product introductions

Skills/Requirements

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• At least 3+ years of work experience with a track record of high performance in a work setting.
  

Travel

• Approximately 10-20% annually.
