Competitive Compensation: $32.93 – $38.19 plus $1.50 shift premium
Shift: 3C, 4 on 4 off; 6:30pm - 6:48am

We are looking for a talented Millwright to join our team! This position will be based at our Kohler, Wisconsin location. We specialize in manufacturing high-quality cast iron products.
Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities
Perform a wide variety of assignments, including, but not limited to; Machine Repair, Machine Installation, Rigging, Basic Machining, Pipefitting, Metalwork/ Fabrication and Welding.
Perform all operations in accordance with the specified guidelines and instructions, while exercising safety for oneself and others.

Working conditions include: Heavy industrial environment, including, but not limited to exposure to heat, cold, dust, dirt, coolants, oils, noise, heights and confined spaces.
Physical Requirements: Bending, lifting, and pushing weights of up to 40 pounds or more.
Working from drawings, plant layouts, or verbal orders, perform a wide variety of fabrication assignments, operating a variety of power equipment and machinery.
Must be proficient in the use of all measuring instruments to layout, check and verify all dimensions and tolerances.
Maintenance and repair of all machinery, equipment and facilities.
Assist or perform all operations necessary to rig, move all type of machines and equipment for new installation or intra-plant layout changes.
Assist all other trades in all shapes of structural operations and in the dismantling and reassemble of structures and machines requiring repair or installation.
Perform set-up and all position welding on a diversified line of weldments and structures involving a variety of parts and assemblies using a variety of welding equipment e.g. gas, arc, mig, and tig.
Set-up, adjust and proficiently operate the machines including, but not limited to; Lathes, Drills, Mill and Surface Grinders, required to perform the assigned operations, on a variety of work requiring close tolerances and finish.
Perform all operations necessary to assemble, install and maintain piping and piping systems. Proficiently operate a wide variety of tools and equipment.
Able to read, interpret and use blueprints, drawings, sketches, and measurements.
Be capable of using Computerized Maintenance Management software to create work notifications, look-up and order parts, print work orders, and enter time confirmations.
Practice and follow all required safety regulations.

Skills/Requirements
Key Qualifications
Must be able to work in the US without restriction or sponsorship.
Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.
Must be at least 18 years old.
High School diploma/GED required.
Technical diploma is desired.
Must complete a written technical skills evaluation and receive a passing score on the STM (Standard Timing Model) assessment.
Must also be capable of operating a fork truck.
Must provide own tools.
