Manager, Supply Chain Systems & Analytics

Opportunity
This position will function as a leader and subject matter expert for all relevant systems utilized in the distribution operations across the Kitchen & Bath North Americas network. Individual will work collaboratively with Kohler Kitchen & Bath Logistics, Kohler Corporate Information Technology & third-party consulting partners to develop strategic systems road map and execute implementations. This individual will solve larger system issues, resolve bottlenecks and develop continuous improvement opportunities to determine optimal technology solutions through existing or new systems, including, Warehouse Management Systems, Logistics Management Systems, Transportation Management Systems and integrated automation systems.
Specific Responsibilities
Logistics Lead for Warehouse Management Systems implementation & roadmap creation in North America. Collaborate with Logistics, Information Technology teams, business leaders and external partners to create actionable plan for Warehouse Management System upgrades and determine site priority for roll out.
- Own development and design requirements for Logistics & Distribution System upgrades across North American warehouses and distribution such as Warehouse Management Systems, Radio Frequency Applications, and Warehouse Automated solutions.
- Responsible for providing oversight and delivery of complex projects, enhancements and system support. Assembles and leads project teams, identifies the appropriate resources needed for project execution, and develops schedules to ensure timely completion of projects, while controlling for project cost, quality, schedule, and scope.
- Champion of modern Logistics Systems practices by maintaining and seeking understanding of current and future technologies to steer Kohler toward a competitive advantage within its distribution network.
- Owns continuous improvement through systems initiatives which support Key Performance indicators in the areas of cost, quality, service, safety, and sustainability. This role will drive the execution of the identified configuration changes within the system to increase productivity on the warehouse floor and develops solutions to business challenges.
- Serve as the expert for distribution systems, including SAP Yard Management System (YMS) and Warehouse Labor Management.
- Mentor Warehouse Management Systems Super Users responsible for troubleshooting WMS related issues, system synchronization and providing support to the warehouse floor to resolve systems issues during daily operations.
- Act as a change agent and assist operational teams with the transition from as-is / to-be processes and systems. Document new processes for warehouse functions aligned with Logistics Systems and understand change activities that contribute to risk mitigation.

Skills/Requirements
- Must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in management, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years professional experience is required, preferred experience in information systems and/or warehousing
- Must have experience with Warehouse Management Systems,
- Preferably Tier 1 solutions such as BlueYonder or Red Prairie,
- Past experience with SAP ERP Central Component, including Materials Management, Sales Distribution and Warehouse Management modules
