Business Analytics Manager, Partnerships (HUB)

As the Manager, Partner Business Analytics, you will play a crucial role in fueling data-driven decision-making processes to optimize partner relationships and enhance overall business performance. Reporting to the Director, Partner Programs and Strategy, you will be responsible for analyzing, interpreting, and presenting key metrics related to partner sales activities. Your insights will directly influence strategic initiatives, revenue growth strategies, and partner engagement tactics.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis:

  • Collect, cleanse, and analyze partner sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
  • Utilize advanced analytical techniques and statistical methodologies to extract actionable insights.
  • Develop predictive models to forecast partner sales performance and revenue projections.

Reporting and Visualization:

  • Design and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to track partner sales metrics.
  • Create visually compelling presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and relevance.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to partner sales activities and channel performance.
  • Identify performance gaps and proactively recommend strategic interventions to drive improvement.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with partners to assess effectiveness and alignment with business objectives.

Process Optimization:

  • Continuously evaluate and refine processes related to partner sales analytics and reporting.
  • Implement automation and efficiency improvements to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting workflows.
  • Drive adoption of analytics tools and technologies to enhance data-driven decision-making capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in business analytics, data analysis, or related roles, preferably in the software industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau.
  • Solid understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies, with experience in predictive modeling and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Strategic mindset with a track record of driving business impact through data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

The pay range for this role is listed below. Sales roles are also eligible for variable compensation and hourly non-exempt roles are eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law. This role is eligible for benefits, including: medical, dental and vision coverage, health savings accounts, flexible spending accounts, 401(k), flexible paid time off and company-paid holidays and a culture of learning that includes a learning allowance and access to a professional coaching service for all employees.

Base Pay Range For US Locations:

$124,000-$186,000 USD
