As a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will identify exceptional candidates for specialized roles and other key complex positions within the Field Leadership organization. Our ideal candidate will have experience working as a trusted business advisor and consultative recruiting subject matter expert within a high-volume environment. They will have a nose for talent and an ability to aggressively source and pipeline passive talent.
When you join our team as a Sr Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will:
Manage the full cycle recruiting for exempt level leadership roles and other key openings in a virtual, multi-state environment.
Proactively identify and implement effective sourcing and recruiting strategies to fill specialized roles. Continuously build and sustain a high-quality diverse pipeline of candidates for future opportunities.
Collaborate with hiring managers on compensation and staffing strategies, candidate experience, and interview process.
Identify and lead opportunities for partner management as it relates to complex search strategies and interview processes.
Collaborate with hiring managers and HR leaders on current and future talent needs, workforce planning and the future state of the organization. Understand strategic business objectives and organizational design to develop strategies to meet current and future staffing needs.
Engage in timely and appropriate communications with all hiring managers, recruiting managers, candidates, peer recruiters, vendors and other collaborators to create a highly positive experience.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in HR and/or recruiting, managing both high volume and leadership searches, preferably in high-touch environments.
Experience using Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools to aggressively generate passive talent for niche roles highly preferred.
Ability to manage 12+ requisitions at a time, deliver quality candidates in a timely fashion.
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Strong candidate assessment skills with experience conducting behavioral interviews and interpreting candidate assessments for hiring managers
Experience supporting, guiding, and influencing seasoned hiring managers.
Ability to influence, advise, sell and negotiate offers.
Ability to balance multiple priorities, using strong analytical and organizational skills
Solid understanding of compensation, national employment trends, and candidate engagement strategies
Ability to adapt in a constantly evolving environment

Range of pay $87,800.00 - $131,650.00 Salary
