The Senior Operations Program Manager is responsible for leading new and ongoing Operations projects. They will build strong relationships and collaborate within the Operations team as well as across corporate partners, and field leaders to deliver strong programs and experiences that drive adoption of key company initiatives. They will oversee projects specifically related to digital improvements for our employees as well as support the VP Operations with planning and managing our annual operational strategy and deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Work with key partners to ideate, build, and see to completion program "adoption plans" which, at KinderCare, consist of strong roll-out plans, communication plans, training plans, field feedback governance, success metrics, and stakeholder management plans.
- Develop executive-level presentations that summarize and communicate programs in a succinct, meaningful way
- Create and maintain metric-based dashboards and reporting to provide insight on program health and adoption measurements

- Develop, manage and maintain project plans; includes documentation, schedules, forecasting, planning, issue/risk, change management, escalations, meeting facilitation, meeting notes and status reporting
- Possess a passion and curiosity for finding the right solution in the simplest way
- Operate as a collaborative team member, asking for and providing support when necessary and being open to both giving and receiving feedback.
- Facilitate meetings and collaboration amongst cross-functional teams, providing consistency and driving the program forward - defining and connecting processes and driving completion of objectives and key results (OKRs) each quarter
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with project management in a matrixed organization.
- Strong project management and change management skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to develop executive-level presentations
- Demonstrated experience moving large scale enterprise project forward and delivered on time
- Ability to assess processes, perform analysis and make recommendations for improvement through strong data story telling
