As Principal HR Program Manager, you'll promote and facilitate collaboration among HRBPs sharing knowledge, experience, and best-practices, and build meaningful relationships with partners across the business to influence program outcomes and drive organizational adoption of organizational change.
Responsibilities
- Support HR Team in aligning systems & processes for adoption and engagement, and the delivery of innovative solutions for various cross-functional initiatives.
- Build and maintain project plans; including documentation, schedules, forecasting, planning, budgeting, organizational change, meeting facilitation, and status reporting.
- Serve as a key liaison between the corporate HR team and cross-functional partners such as Finance, Operations, and Strategy.
- Lead seasonal planning for the HR Business Partner team, ensuring readiness for all people initiatives throughout the year, including the annual development and oversight of the HRBP scorecard.
- Develop user-friendly resources and tools to boost HRBPs' efficiency in supporting our workforce. Identify and research employee challenges and help drive resolutions through appropriate partnerships.
- Create systems and processes for corporate talent management and key employee retention and engagement strategies.
- Interact across all levels of the organization, including the executive team to elevate program achievements & roadblocks.
- Analyze people data to find areas for improvement, share insights with HRBPs and leadership, support action planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR preferred.
- General knowledge of HR programs, processes, and Initiatives.
- Prior experience with project management and program roll out.
- Familiar with HRIS systems, preferably Workday.
- Excellent organizational skills required.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Able to understand and oversee project budgets.
