As a Pricing Analyst at KinderCare, you will play a vital role in helping us reach more families by using data-driven insights to create pricing solutions that support those receiving state subsidy assistance, while driving profitable growth for the business. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining equitable pricing models & strategies tailored to subsidy programs, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and business goals. In this role, you'll collaborate cross functionally to design and implement data driven initiatives that support subsidy enrollment & revenue growth. Your strategic thought partnership will help evolve our approach to subsidy pricing strategy and expand its impact across KinderCare's family of brands.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and refine equitable pricing models ensuring alignment with regulatory guidelines and business objectives.
- Leverage data analytics to evaluate subsidy pricing & strategy, funding utilization, and enrollment trends.
- Identify key insights that advise strategic pricing decisions & support revenue and enrollment growth.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Finance, Operations, Government Programs, Subsidy and Analytics to align pricing strategies with business needs and market dynamics.
- Translate complex data into actionable recommendations that support subsidy enrollment growth, enhance funding opportunities, and improve financial outcomes across KinderCare centers.
- Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to understand how pricing or funding changes affect different family segments, enrollment, and center-level financials.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in pricing, financial modeling or revenue analytics.
- Confirmed expertise in data analysis, pricing strategy, and/or financial modeling.
- Highly proficient in Excel, including advanced functions for modeling.
- Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) preferred.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data into actionable pricing strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present sophisticated information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
