The Manager of B2B Pricing Strategy role is a high-impact role within the KinderCare Strategy organization that guides & manages pricing & revenue streams across KLC's client-facing brands. In this strategic role, you will work with leaders across the company to guide, implement, and measure a pricing strategy that accelerates customer acquisition & supports profitable growth across customer segments. You will manage tools and reports to measure the success of pricing efforts & use these tools to drive positive business outcomes. You will partner closely with cross-functional business partners in the Finance, Sales, & Operations teams to ensure the pricing strategy is successfully executed and is driving the best outcomes for the business. You will work to structure contract pricing & family-facing prices in our B2B segments in a way that meets client & family needs while profitably growing the business.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate pricing, business, & financial acumen, and will have a combination of analytical, strategic-thinking, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports the development and implementation of pricing strategies in KLC's B2B brands to enhance business opportunity and ensure long-term profitability objectives are met.
  • Develops pricing considerations of client contracts in a way that meets client & industry needs while helping fuel profitable growth.
  • Prices new client & family facing products to accelerate customer acquisition in a profitable manner.
  • Leads price models across B2B brands to ensure that products are priced appropriately in the markets in which they operate.
  • Supports competitive data analysis and provides insight on impact of external factors on pricing power.
  • Understands impact of different revenue levers on corporate and business unit P&Ls.
  • Develops deep understanding of value drivers and willingness to pay.
  • Helps to set vision, prioritization, and implementation for pricing initiatives including margin improvement, discount approach, marketing promotions, and other priorities.
  • Partners across brands, sales, operations, marketing, and finance teams to deliver analytics that drive growth.

  • 4+ years of experience in pricing, commercial finance / financial planning & analysis, or revenue analytics.
  • Experience in contract management & pricing preferred.
  • Excellent financial acumen with the ability to understand how pricing adjustments impact the corporate P&L.
  • Exceptional communication skills with ability to summarize complex trends for communication with all levels of leadership.
  • Leadership skills, with ability to coach and mentor
  • Excellent financial modeling skills.
  • Competitive intelligence and market research experience
  • Database management & data visualization experience preferred.
  • Excellent ability to build strong internal relationships & communicate across cross-functional teams
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable demonstrating large and complex datasets to drive decisions and a passion for continuous testing and optimization
  • Highly motivated & intellectually curious; self-starter
  • Experience leading multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing time and resources based on business impact
