As we continue to evolve our technology and business operations to better serve our families, we are seeking a Manager, Agile Delivery Coach & Team Lead to build and scale a modern, agile delivery model that accelerate our digital and business transformation.
This strategic role will be responsible for establishing consistent agile delivery practices across IT and product teams, ensuring that we are not only delivering value faster—but also in ways that are transparent, efficient, repeatable, and aligned to our organizational goals and values. You will lead a team of Scrum Leads, work closely with Product and Engineering leaders, and partner with stakeholders across the enterprise to drive agile maturity, optimize tools such as Jira, Confluence, PlanDeck and Smartsheet, and build metrics-driven reporting to track delivery performance and progress toward OKRs. Responsibilities:
• Establish, scale, and continuously mature agile delivery framework across product teams and business transformation initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and coach a high-performing team of Scrum Masters responsible for supporting product teams and driving delivery excellence.
• Implement and optimize agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Miro to ensure teams are set up for transparency and collaboration.
• Establish and operationalize Agile Center of Excellence and Center of Practice across the enterprise.
• Design and maintain product delivery dashboards and reporting structures to track delivery progress, team velocity, risk, dependencies, and agile health metrics.
• Drive alignment to organizational, team-level and Initiative-level OKRs by setting up delivery metrics and reporting mechanisms that reflect progress and performance.
• Coach teams and stakeholders on agile mindsets, ways of Working, and best practices to foster continuous improvement and agile maturity.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business leaders to ensure delivery roadmaps are aligned with product roadmaps and delivery priorities are clear.
• Define and enforce standardized agile ceremonies, workflows, and governance processes aligned with PMO frameworks.
• Identify delivery bottlenecks and work across functions to remove impediments and improve flow.
• Promote a culture of psychological safety, accountability, and continuous feedback that enables empowered, autonomous and high performing teams.
• Collaborate with the IT Portfolio and PMO teams to develop delivery plans, track dependencies, and develop and maintain a KPI reporting framework.
Qualifications:
• 8+ years of experience leading agile delivery, with at least 4+ years managing or coaching Scrum Leads or agile teams.
• Strong expertise in agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and their practical application at scale.
• Hands-on experience configuring and managing Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Smartsheet, including dashboards and reporting views.
• Proven ability to implement delivery tracking metrics and dashboards aligned with OKRs.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills with a proven ability to partner with stakeholders across functions.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and change management skills with experience driving cultural and process transformation.
Education Qualifications
• Required bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• Master's degree (MBA or related field) is a plus.
• Agile certifications such as SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or Certified Agile Leader (CAL) strongly preferred.
