Position Summary:
Leads a team of system analysts within the Accounting Department supporting user access, system configuration, and data management for key financial systems, including three billing systems (two SaaS, one internally developed), Workday ERP, and Workday Accounting Center. Ensures system access, functionality, and usability are optimized through collaboration with Product Management and other stakeholders. Focuses on Workday stabilization, preparing for a new SaaS billing system rollout in Fall 2025, and will serve as a thought partner and leader for the upcoming financial close software selection and implementation. Maintains strong internal controls in a public company environment.

Core Responsibilities:
- Lead team responsible for user access, system configuration, and data management across billing systems, Workday ERP, and Accounting Center.
- Collaborate with IT to ensure accurate, compliant user provisioning and access changes.
- Ensure system access supports accounting processes, segregation of duties, and SOX compliance.
- Partner with Compliance and Internal Audit on access reviews and audit support.
- Support Workday stabilization and optimization efforts for Workday Finance and Accounting Center.
- Oversees governance for SaaS and internally developed billing systems.
- Provide leadership and partnership on evaluation and implementation of financial close software.
- Maintain documentation of roles, configurations, and control procedures.
- Serve as an escalation point for complex access, configuration, or data issues.
- Drive cross-training and knowledge sharing to break down silos and build bench strength.
- Promote continuous improvement and standardization across team processes.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong accounting knowledge and understanding of financial systems.
- Experience managing Workday ERP/Accounting Center access, configurations, and data management; billing systems knowledge preferred.
- Familiarity with public company access controls and SOX compliance.
- Proven ability to collaborate with IT, Audit, and Compliance teams.
- Leadership experience focused on team development and cross-functional capability.
- Skilled in process improvement and documentation within system administration.
- Experience or aptitude to contribute to software evaluation and implementation projects.
