We are seeking a dedicated Client Implementation and Adoption Manager to join our team. The Client Implementation and Adoption Manager is responsible for implementing new client relationships and maintaining strong and sustainable relationships with KinderCare At Work clients. This role is focused on organizational growth through client relationships. The Client Implementation and Adoption Manager will act as a liaison between the client and field leaders, provide ongoing service and strategy recommendations to assist the client in developing employee benefit solutions which include onsite employer-sponsored child care centers and child care benefit solutions. They will be responsible for the implementation of new clients and support the adoption of these new childcare benefit solutions. They will also support KinderCare At Work contractual relationship and renewals by establishing a rapport with organizational leadership, and provide direct corporate and contractual support for their client portfolio.

• Job Responsibilities:
• Lead implementation of new clients and facilitate field leader adoption of new and existing clients in a market
• Collaborate with internal teams to support a seamless implementation and execution of new client relationships
• • Participate and support the Business Development team in the process for new client relationships.
• Participate in closing process for both new and existing sales opportunities.
• Lead all aspects of the client contractual relationship and work to ensure client engagement . Triage issues or client contractual concerns and resolve or escalate appropriately.
• Partner effectively with internal departments, clients, and field management to ensure client service and contract compliance.
• Partner and support field leaders in the development of strategic plans to support center enrollment, quality, and staffing to meet individual client goals.
• Provide clients with ongoing needs consultation and consistent reporting regarding center utilization and financial performance .
• Perform financial and accounting review in partnership with accounting team- review includes budgeting and invoicing as well as periodic review of center P&Ls and client reporting.
• Lead all aspects of contract renewal process for KinderCare At Work centers through contractual negotiations and MSA signature
• Provide consultation on the suite of services offered by KLC including (but not limited to) employer-sponsored onsite child care, backup care options, discount programs, and needs assessment services.

Qualifications

Ability to travel up 50%
Education and Experience:
• Experience managing business to business client relationships.
• Proven experience up-selling and cross-selling solutions to existing clients.
• Experience delivering a service or solution (vs. product).
• Knowledge of childcare industry or related experience a plus.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Proficiency at handling difficult client consultations and human relations issues with integrity and respect.
• Ability to handle change and maintain flexibility
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to interpret and implement policies and procedures required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills required.
• Proficiency with a desktop computer and the ability to quickly learn software required. Solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
