Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to how-to questions related to business applications
- Reset passwords and assist with account access
- Guide users through navigation of center management platforms
- Document recurring issues and escalate when necessary
- Maintain high-quality customer service during all interactions
Qualifications:
- 0-1 years of IT or customer support experience
- Basic understanding of common enterprise applications
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
