KinderCare is looking for a new Accounts Payable Specialist to help keep our financial operations accurate and on time. In this role, you'll process invoices, resolve billing issues, and support both internal teams and external vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Answer invoice questions via phone and email.
- Look up payment and invoice details using Oracle and Basware.
- Troubleshoot errors in submitted invoices.
- Help with invoice review and approval.
- Check invoice data against original documents.
- Solve billing issues quickly and accurately.
- Handle other tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of accounts payable experience preferred.
- Ability to handle large workloads with accuracy.
- Basic understanding of AP processes.
- Comfortable working independently and on a team.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Experience with remote work or call centers is a plus.
- Willingness to adapt to changing tasks and priorities.
- Basic Excel, Outlook, and general digital literacy.
