Sr. Product Developer
Job Description
Primary Duties
1. Leverage the broad knowledge in personal care product manufacturing technical areas, consumer understanding, facilitating & researching knowledge to upgrade product, new product and new raw material development for KC Taiwan and Hong Kong. (60%)
2. Initiative & tenacity skills to lead & manage product improvement project & raw material development. (20%)
3. Work closely with APAC sector & country marketing teams to understand consumer inside and market trends, identify future product opportunities to the innovation Roadmap in the market. (10%)
4. Well operate SAP system for BOM maintenance or relate to enterprise management system.(10%)

Other Duties
Be participate in the development of product test plan & action standards to ensure appropriate qualification has been considered. Provide internal customers analysis, trends as related to assigned account(s).
Other ad-hoc projects as needed.
Additional Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Forestry Industry, Material science etc .
- 3-5 or 5+ years' previous experience in quality, manufacturing process, raw material development, a variety of R&E product development roles and/or other related experience with proven business result in FMCG or raw material that applied to FMCG industry. Previous experience in project management is a must.
- Fluent business English.
- Proven ability to work effectively independently or with multiple functions in a project team, such as: legal, safety, regulatory, external design and engineering, quality, testing facilities, market research, marketing, and product supply.
