The Senior Communications Excellence Leader is part of a high performing and strategically focused Adult Care leadership team that is responsible for the fast-growing Poise® and Depend® brands. This role's core responsibility is to help create impactful and meaningful content and experiences across our brands to connect and engage with consumer.

This role is directly responsible for:

  • Developing the strategy to elevate the role of the Poise® and Depend® brands in culture to overcome the stigma associated with bladder leakage.
  • Creative excellence across all touchpoints and channels, with strong orientation towards earned engagement.
  • Inspiring agency talent and driving internal partnerships to deliver the annual brand plan and business results, in partnership with Adult Care Marketing Operations.
  • Building capability in brand communications excellence across the Adult Care team.
  • Delivering improvements in critical brand equity measures as set out in the annual brand plan.

The individual suited for this role will be digitally-savvy with a strong background in brand, creative, traditional, and digital marketing across the full communications ecosystem. In this role you will:

  • Provide communications best practices to ensure creative content is designed for consumers at each stage in the customer journey in partnership with the brand Senior Brand Managers (SBMs)
  • Build and execute a plan to change the way consumers perceive the Adult Care category by creating a high-impact brand in culture plan for Poise® and Depend®.
  • Support the brand SBMs on their annual plan deliverables to build a plan that unlocks total business performance and financial goals.
  • Evaluate and endorse communication strategies, briefs and campaigns in service of the Brand Plan and optimized for the Content & Connections Plan in partnership with Brand, Legal and our agencies.
  • Deliver creative content and assets that reflects a deep understanding of our consumer's needs and brand positioning.
  • Bring data-led, consumer consumption-based insights to creative strategy and asset development, and measure the quality and effectiveness of content by implementing weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting operations to effectively communicate results, in partnership with Adult Care Integrated Media Specialist and Insights & Analytics.
  • Manage relationships with Integrated Agency teams to drive business performance through intense consumer connectedness, inspirational briefing and aligning goals and measures across Kimberly-Clark and partners.
  • Support the brand SBMs in driving efficiencies & effectiveness of non-working spend, with a focus on results.
  • Keep a finger on the pulse of culture and the competitive environment at all times, demonstrating a firm grasp on the evolving landscape.
  • Champion future proofing with innovative thinking to address consumer behavior through test and learn programs.
  • Serve as a leader across Kimberly-Clark North America on creative and media best practices, in partnership with Advanced Marketing Capabilities.

In one of our professional roles, you'll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years' professional experience, preferably with leading creative or PR agency.
  • Marketing and brand building expertise including experience in content creation and ideally earned media.
  • Significant creative development and digital brand experience working with blue-chip companies.
  • Experience identifying and deploying brand vision, visual identity and communication/ campaign ideas.
  • Strong skills in creative development and agency relationship management.
  • Experience working in a matrix organization driving collaboration across businesses and functions.
  • Demonstrated capability in leading and inspiring diverse teams and individuals to work together to accomplish common goals.
  • Able to use understanding of consumers, categories and customers to create and seize business opportunities with strong analytics capability with proven capability to analyze complex problems and set a course of action.
  • Able to transform vision and strategy into actionable plans.
  • Demonstrated personal credibility through strong communication skills, achieving results, and trusted relationships.
